When I got there, I went through the regular routine of getting checked over. Long and short of it, they took "plugs" for biopsy from different spots of concern. Now that was different for me, getting little plugs popped out. I wouldn't recommend it as a party trick.
I should get the results of the "plug" tests in about a week. And then, I go back next month for minor surgery to get the spots removed. Afterward, the Doc wants me to do a topical treatment on part of my face and top of my head. Still need more information on that though. But it is some kind of preemptive strike against anything pre-cancerous on the skin.
Mean Mr. Sun, and the cumulative effects it has on the fair skinned and thin haired.
Anyone want a solar powered tanning bed...cheap?
UV happens.
Hope the results are favorable and your spots heal up. You gots to learn to wear a hat! (says the person that can't stand hats)

Plugs? Does NOT sound nice. Hope you didn't feel anything!!!! Good luck with the future treatment(s). As we age the "I'll live forever" feeling of youth quickly evaporates. Wish I'd been using sun screen decades ago! (Although being really light skinned I burn so I never did stay out in the UV for long - not even in the shade.)

here's hoping they were just what we brits refer to as "moles", and like martie said, i hope you sisn't feel anything.
bogie is right, we should all be wearing hats now, but i also hate them, i know they protect you but they also make your head hot and sweaty.
keep me informed dude.
