I have recently been going thru work gloves. I lost the right one to one pair, so had a pair and a half. Then I lost the pair, so I am down to just the one left glove. I'm guessing I don't want to get too close to any garden implements of distruction any time soon - one glove for sacrifice may not be enough!

Hum. I don't wear socks, so I don't have those dryer issues. I don't use rubber gloves, so I don't have those issues. Guess I'm missing out on a lot of fun.

Glad to see you back. Returning to work after a year off has certainly been kicking my butt so I know where you are coming from. But I do miss you when you aren't here....

yep, i understand the "too tired to post" syndrome very well ! but it is good to see you back.
as for the rubber gloves, it is required that you have at least 2 pairs so that you can regularly sacrifice 1.
also it's a good idea to have several pairs of the same kind of socks as both the washing machine and the dryer require sacrifices, usually one from different pairs.
