CAR DOOR LOCKS

Yes.  I HAVE spoken to some people that set me straight.  Or straighter, that is.

Apparently, there were a few car made that had a really dysfunctional locking mechanism that would not unlock a door when you pulled on the handle.  For some scary reason, none of the folk I talked to could tell me if such systems are still in production.

NOW I have something else to check on next time I look at a new vehicle.

ANYONE ELSE THINKS SPELL CHECK SUCKS?

"EXCUSE ME": REVISITED

One of the burning questions about being locked IN your own vehicle, was asked both in comments and, of course, at work, when it was reported.  "Was this caused by power locks and no power to the vehicle?"

A couple weeks ago when we had some bad weather, I was listening to the traffic reports on the drive into work.

IN CASE YOU HADN'T NOTICED

The "categories" still aren't working.  Nor is the archiving of them.  So I am going to rebuild by "adding" as I go.  Lets see how that works out.
