Even though I've been in the new job for a short time, I heard about another opening coming up. Not too sure if I really want the job, but it does sound interesting.
Anyway, I fired off my intent and resume. If they think I am worthy, and I meet all the criteria to garner an interview, I'm sure I will hear from them.
Of course, knowing me, they may interview me out of morbid curiosity. Management is weird like that. Ever notice? They sometimes can't help but do something just to see what happens. Like the old red-neck joke about, "Here. Hold my beer. I wanna try something."
You know it's going to end badly, but you just gotta.
If they do talk to me, I'll find out what they have to offer and go from there. Won't know unless I try. Right?
Leaps happen.
