ANYBODY REMEMBER NORM CROSBY?

For those who remember Norm Crosby I have a link for you to check out.  It is a video of a guy doing a bit that would have done Norm at least a little proud.

For those who don't know Norm, he was a comedian who used the wrong words while telling a story.  He would use words that sounded close to what he should have said, but weren't the right words.  Like his wife using "electric crullers" instead of "curlers". (a cruller is a pastry btw)

Anyways, if you are bored, go check out "The Impotence of Proofreading".  (WARNING: one mild swear word is used in the skit...for those of tight morel values)

HERE WE GO AGAIN

I just had to post this.  Dudette loves this series.  Not only is there action, but the humorous way the author portrays all the situations is an added bonus.

We went out to dinner tonight with CK and Chew.  Pretty nice place, nothing too fancy though.

Heading home though, now that was a different matter.

STORY EDITED AND UP

Alright.  Finished rereading the story and making some minor changes.  Amazing how much your spelling can improve over a period of time.

Anyway, I didn't hear any complaints about including the submissions to the story, so they are at the bottom of it.

THE REST OF WHAT...?

As I was finishing the last post, the dryer buzzed.  Dudette headed out to take care of it.  When she finished, she came in and asked where the rest of the towels were.

ALMOST THERE

To do the Bright Lights series right, I pulled up the very first story that introduces the main characters.  And that is where I started my work.

MILE STONE FOR ME ANYWAY

I was digging through the site today looking for stuff and noticed....I have over 900 posts up.  Now....to make it to 1000.  The 1K mark is a goal now.

Don't hold your breath though.  It only took me 4 years to get this far.
