Two of my favorite computer games were "Half-Life" (by Valve) and "Deus Ex" (by Eidos). I got them when they were new and enjoyed playing both of them. Though there was about a 9 month break in the "playing" part due to time constraints (work).
Well, there are Part II's out now.
I got the second installment of Deus Ex; "Invisible War". The next edition of "Half-Life" won't be out until October according to the people at the store. To bide the time, I picked up "Doom 3".
Since I haven't played Doom before, I loaded it up first. I like a good "shoot-em-up/ blow-em-up" game. Especially when it requires you to think and pay attention. It looks like this will fit the bill. So if I seem to be posting a little less frequently, I'm probably shooting something, or blowing it up.
Games happen.

So I've heard. Oh, well. Get over it. I am going to kill and be killed several times over and have a blast doing it. It is such a tension reliever.
