Had time to knock out the third part while sitting here.  I figured that might make soem happy.

Finish Part II first though, it makes no sense otherwise.

Bright Lights: Part II

After much delay, here is the second part of the Bright Lights series.  Though promised a lot sooner, I couldn't find the time to get it up till now.  I hope to be a bit more on schedule with the remainder of the parts including the continuance of it.

And in trying to make up for lost time (like you didn't notice if you read Wichi) I plan on putting up more of it in a shorter time span. (I think I owe about 4 more Parts to get caught up)
